Royal Bubble Blast is a bubble shooter in a kingdom where members of royalty rule from a high-spired castle surrounded by stunning flower gardens. In one of these gardens, the player attempts to earn the highest score possible by shooting projectiles at shiny candy-like bubble balls hanging in front of a royal purple playfield.
The player earns points when they create and pop connected groups of bubbles that match projectiles shot from a tunnel shooter. Each projectile knocks a bubble group from the field.
The bubbles drop, bounce around and then pop inside special areas that assign points. If the player fails to knock a group from the field, the game counts it as a foul shot. If they fail five times, the game adds one or more extra lines of bubbles to the field.
Royal Bubble Blast rewards the player when they create groups repeatedly without fouls. It drops bubbles randomly from the rows into a points area. It also doesn't allow bubbles of any color that the player completely removed from the field to reappear in a penalty line or as a projectile.
