SmileyWorld Bubble Shooter is an untimed bubble-popping game that features anthropomorphic smiley bubble balls that display a wide range of emotions. In the fantasy Smiley World, the player follows a winding path of candies that marks locked levels available to play. They must complete missions to unlock levels on the path. They also earn up to three stars and blue gems.
The game presents the player with one or more tasks. For example, they might need to collect emojis trapped in bubbles or positioned above hanging rows of smiley bubble balls, or collect a specific number of a certain type of ball or balls. It displays the goal at the upper-left corner of the screen.
The player completes their mission each time by shooting smiley bubble ball projectiles at the hanging rows, with or without an optional dotted aiming line. They must create and pop smiley ball clusters of three or more balls. They track their progress on a bar at the upper-right corner.
SmileyWorld Bubble Shooter gives the player several advantages. They can use a double-arrow icon on the lower left side of the screen to swap the main and secondary projectile bubbles. They can charge a super-smiley bomb on the lower right side to blast an area. This ball doesn't use up their moves. If they run out of projectiles, they can also use their gems to purchase five more.
The player can unlock bonus booster-style balls near the lower-right corner, including an aiming line extender, a wild card rainbow bubble, a star bubble bomb, and a two-color swirl circle bomb. The game sometimes places black bombs on the rows as well.
