Bang Bang Mahjong

Bang Bang Mahjong is a sliding-tile matching game that features classic Mahjong tiles. The player's goals are to clear boards of tiles across levels before time runs out and earn a high score. They track the time on a vertical bar to the right of each board.

The game's classic tiles display Chinese characters, dragon symbols, peacocks, sticks of bamboo, and stones. The player can only remove two matching tiles at a time. To match pairs, they must slide tiles left, right, up or down to rest in side-adjacent positions or clear lines of sight across a gap without any other tiles in between. They can also select a tile from a matching pair to remove both when the tiles already rest in the correct positions.

Bang Bang Mahjong grows the size of the boards and shrinks the size of the tiles as the player progresses through the game. It offers them help to remove tiles in the form of three tools to the left of the board. 

The player can use a hint light bulb button to highlight a single matching pair with yellow. A shuffle double arrows button rearranges the positions of the tiles. An auto-removal star wand removes a pair automatically. After the player runs out of free access, they must watch ad videos to continue to use the tools.

How To Play

Check the board for stacked and side-by-side matching tiles first, and select those pairs. Slide the remaining tiles into positions next to or across a gap with matching tiles. If necessary, use the hint, shuffle and auto-removal tools. If no moves remain, wait for the game to automatically shuffle the tiles for free.

Controls

Mouse: Click buttons and paired tiles. To slide a tile, click and slide the mouse.
Mobile: Tap buttons and tiles. To reposition a tile, tap and slide the finger or stylus.
